At PDFPUR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have received the wrong ebook, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund :

1. Wrong Ebook Received: If the ebook delivered to you is not the one you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Timeframe: You must request a refund within 3 hours of receiving the incorrect ebook.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please send an email to our official support email : help@pdfpur.com Include the following details:

   – Your order number

   – A description of the issue (i.e., wrong ebook received)

   – Any relevant screenshots or attachments, if applicable

4. Review and Processing: Once we receive your refund request, we will review the information provided and process your refund within 48 hours.

5. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances : 

   – Refund requests made after the 3-hour window.

   – Situations where the correct ebook has been delivered but the customer no longer wishes to have it.
